investigate= it is to do the research and focus on getting the right  info.

plan= to plan layout , sorta like a rough draft.

create= to make what you plan and maybe change some stuff.

evaluate= to give more detail of what you got.

yes I agree, what is the point of having a talent if no ones knows you have it or you don't show it. If someone can sing great but there to shy to show it it's pointless
